Bones and Lillies March 2012

Bones and Lillies debuted on March 2nd and 3rd.  Choreographed and performed by the Flowjo Family Circus, this collaborative show featured original music written and performed by Crystal Bright and the Silver Hands. Playing off themes of struggle, inspiration, freedom, and transcendance this story of life and death portrays the battle of light and dark leading to the harmonizing of opposites.

Castle McCulloch hosted another epic Carnival party on February 24th and 25th. Kaci and Katie performed in the circus tent, alongside Snake Oil Medicine Show for a jam style collaboration, fusing free style acro-balancing with psycho-billy reggae.

Later in the evening AcroEntertainment had the pleasure of performing with the PLF crew in the Intergalactic Speak Easy with DJ Mr. Jennings, Michael Nighttime, and MC Parker GaLore VIII.

This event happens twice a year in Jamestown, NC. Next Castle Carnival coming to Castle McCulloch in August 2012.

Happy New Year!

AcroEntertainment rang in the New Year with First Night Raleigh, performing at the Children’s Celebration with Cirque de la Premiere Nuit. Joining friends from the Flowjo Family Circus and Hoopdrum, this show included beautiful aerial performances, mind blowing hooping, and of course, amazing acrobatics.

To start the New Year off right, AcroEntertainment performed their first collaborative acrobatic show with Liz Bliss and Jewels from Hoopdrum. Expect to see more group routines and group acrobatics in 2012.

We hope you all have an inspired New Year with abundant blessings and bliss in 2012!
