Hoop Convergence Showcase– Saturday at the Art Center in Carrboro!
For the first time, Hoop Convergence is opening its talent to the public at a one- night-only showcase of international hoop stars – plus local hoopers, aerial acts and more. In past years, Hoop Convergence artists have performed only for conference attendees. This year, the local community has a rare opportunity to catch some of the most sought-after hoop talent in the country, all on one stage at the Carrboro Arts Center.

AcroEntertainment will once again partner with Band Together to raise money for Alliance Medical Ministry. Band Together is a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising funds and awareness for select charities through events that support and showcase musical talent, aka “raising funds, raising awareness and raising the bar”. They throw a high profile event each, as well as host local concerts and social events, a great partner in the community.
AcroEntertainment is performing alongside some of Raleigh’s finest, including Ian Thomas, Mindy the cat, FireGummy, and Brady the Jester. Our troupe is hosting a hoop jam, fire circle, and special performances in the VIP section. Hope to see you there!
